Transformers Community

Transformers Community is committed to supporting young people aged 16 to 27 in discovering who they are and what they want in life, together with their peers. The organisation’s mission is that mental health starts with prevention rather than treatment.

Transformers Community offers programmes such as In je bol and the BrainBoost programme. Transformers Community and the Cruyff Foundation also collaborate within our social programme Heroes of the Cruyff Courts – Mindset Edition.
