A complaint is an expression of displeasure with the services or activities of the Johan Cruyff Foundation. Feel free to let us know if you are not pleased about this, because a complaint gives us information and helps us to improve our services.

You can submit your complaint to us in various ways, namely by:

  • sending an email to info@cruyff-foundation.org
  • calling 020-3057766
  • sending a letter to the reply number below
  • sending a message via our social media channels

All complaints will be dealt with by us, unless the complaint is anonymous or in another language than Dutch or English. Complaints will be answered as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days, and will of course be treated confidentially.
