The Foundation was established on 21 December 2021 with the intention of giving back to Dutch society by making a meaningful contribution. This contribution may take the form of donations and/or social investments. The Foundation’s assets consist of grants, donations, legacies, inheritances and any other sources of income.

The Foundation’s purpose is to support the most vulnerable groups in society in the broadest sense of the word. Its activities are primarily focused on the Netherlands, and the organisations it supports must meet the requirements for Dutch Public Benefit Organisation (ANBI) status. Through its contributions, the Foundation aims to create opportunities for these vulnerable groups and help them participate more fully in society.

The Foundation is committed to contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, with a particular focus on education, healthcare, culture, and nature and the environment. In doing so, it seeks to make a lasting and sustainable contribution to society.

The Foundation operates solely for the public benefit and is a not-for-profit organisation.
