Nearly 50 children enjoyed the third adapted skiing and snowboarding event organised by the Cruyff Foundation and Play and Train in La Molina.

This weekend, the La Molina ski resort hosted the 3rd Cruyff Foundation adapted skiing and snowboarding event, where nearly 50 children with disabilities enjoyed an unforgettable experience in the snow, practising adapted sports in an inclusive and accessible environment.

The two-day event, organised by Play and Train and the Cruyff Foundation, in collaboration with La Molina, allowed participants to practise adapted skiing and snowboarding, as well as enjoy other snow activities. All this was supervised by a specialised technical team who always accompanied the children and young people, ensuring their safety, confidence and enjoyment.

The activity took place at the La Molina Adapted Sports Centre, a leading facility with the technical and human resources necessary to promote the personal and sporting development of participants, promoting values such as inclusion, effort and self-improvement.

Following the success of the two previous editions, the three organisations reinforce our commitment to equal opportunities and access to sport for children and young people with special needs.

Tribute to Johan Cruyff

Just a few weeks before the 10th anniversary of Johan Cruyff's passing, it is worth remembering that in 2016, the La Molina ski and mountain resort paid tribute to our founder by naming the conveyor belt on the Bosquet ski slope “Cinta Johan Cruyff”.

This ski slope, which opened in 2004, has all the specific features to facilitate ski training for anyone with any type of disability.
