Orange Cruyff Court Rotterdam

On May the 14th, 1905 the Netherlands played its first official home match against Belgium on Schuttersveld in Rotterdam. The match was won 4-0 by the Netherlands. Englishman Eric Thornton was in goal for Belgium, which then was regulatory. Almost 100 years later, the players of the Dutch national team donated an Orange Cruyff Court in Rotterdam. Location: same Schuttersveld in Rotterdam. Current star of Liverpool, and player of the Dutch Team, Dirk Kuyt was at the opening and played along.
